Happy New Year from My Kid’s College Choice!

Published by Wendy Nelson on

happy-new-year-md2013 was a big year for me in many ways.  Two of those relate directly to My Kid’s College Choice:

1) Our oldest daughter went off to college.  I wrote about that experience in The End Result of the College Choice Process.

2) I was able to greatly expand the number of people finding my site every day and write a lot of articles for other sites.  Check out My Outside Articles.

Unfortunately, I didn’t finish my Full Scholarship List by the end of 2013 as promised, but I am very close to completing it!  I just want to make sure I am not missing any great scholarships.  If you haven’t heard about this list yet, check out three of my most popular articles of the year:

Can My Kid Get a Full-Ride Scholarship?

What ACT or SAT Score Can Get You a Full-Ride Scholarship?

Do National Merit Finalists Get Full-Ride Scholarships?

I currently have 0ver 250 full-tuition up to full-ride “plus” scholarship opportunities listed along with links to the school websites to look into these further.

I will email everyone who has subscribed to my weekly newsletter when the list is available.  If you aren’t currently a subscriber, sign up with your email address under “Subscribe to our weekly newsletter” in the right column of the page.

I wish you all the best for 2014!

I am in need of your help. We fall into the parent category of no money, but with children who are double advanced in Math. My son got a 228 in PSAT and a 2310 in SAT as a junior.

I am happy to help! Your son should be eligible for many different full-tuition and full-ride scholarships based on his great PSAT and SAT scores!
